For international customers, at the moment this website uses three payment methods: Paypal, Credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD) & Bank Wire Transfer
PayPal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to keep your information safe. When you send a payment using PayPal, Greenway does not receive your credit card or bank account details. PayPal operates secure servers that use the highest level of internet security commercially available (Secure Socket Layer with an encryption key length of 128-bits).
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. In effect, what actually happens is that you are paying PayPal and then PayPal passes the funds to us.
At the end, all we receive is your order details and delivery address.
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed, except at weekends when those orders are usually dispatched on the Monday following the weekend.
Orders that contain a mix of in-stock items, pre-order items and items that have a dispatch delay are dispatched once all items from the order are in stock. However, you have the option to request partial delivery without any extra charge.
GREECE: Orders sent to Greek addresses are sent using standards mail's first class service. Orders sent to countries outside Greece are sent using registered shipping with tracking number if the order exceeds a certain amount (over 30 EUR) otherwise we send it as standard mail.
Note: All vinyls are send registered, no exceptions, using first class service. For order above 2Kg we always use UPS for EU destinations.
Greece: shipping is free
Europe: 9,00 Euro per order and if your order is over 50 EUR shipping is free
Rest of the World: 13,50 Euro per order and if your order is over 100 EUR shipping is free
Expect your order to reach you:
- Greek customers: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- European customers: 5-12 working days days after dispatch.
- USA customers: 2-3 weeks after dispatch
- Rest of the World customers: 2-4 weeks after dispatch.
We're committed to ensuring that your CDs and records are received in the best possible condition. All packages we send are insured, and we will gladly process a claim for any damage that is large enough to cause a significant change in the playability or collectability of an item. Claims for these problems included: broken records, cracked CDs, warped records, and severely ripped or folded record covers.
Shipping wear and tear
Please note that when shipping goods to you, some slight wear might occasionally occur during shipping. This sort of wear is not something we're happy with, but is sometimes an inevitable fact of shipping items, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. Wear of this nature includes: a cracked hinge or 'tooth' on a CD jewel case, slightly crinkled corners on record covers and other small cosmetic issues.
All the CDs and records we stock are in mint condition prior to shipping. Please note that sometimes, CDs are not coming with their original wrapping. Also, sometimes when we receive goods from our suppliers they receive minor cosmetic damage and there's not much that can be done to rectify the issue. We will not dispatch any items to you that we consider damaged. We package all orders as securely as possible, but please be aware that even with the secure and sturdy packaging we use, some small cosmetic damage might occur as part of the shipping process.
If you receive an item that is damaged then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return and replacement.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
